- Opposing drill stations (front stations) feature Zagar, mulitple spindle, 16" square, drill heads with composite spindle patterns for machining a family of parts. Drilling stations are powered by Zagar, 7.5 HP, 787-2090, air/oil operated, quill feed units.
- Opposing tap stations (rear stations) feature Zagar, multiple spindle, 16" square, tapping heads with composite spindle patterns for tapping a family of parts. The tapping stations are powered by Zagar, 5 HP, 787-1290, lead screw controlled, quill feed units.
- Features modular fixturing with quick change locators (Ball Lock Mounting System, Jergens Inc., Cleveland, Ohio); two position, pneumatic shuttle, and automatic clamping.
